We want you in the right kit. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges and warranty claims work at WorkWear Stratford.
30-day returns & exchanges
Unworn items in their original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, some items - including ear plugs, gloves that have been worn, and made-to-order branded garments - cannot be returned unless faulty.
Safety footwear & sizing
Try boots on indoors on a clean surface before wearing them outside. We can exchange unworn boots for a different size - once a boot has been worn on site we can no longer take it back unless there's a manufacturing fault.
Faulty goods & warranty
PPE and footwear are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. If an item fails in normal use within the warranty period, bring it in or message us with the order details and a photo. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the manufacturer's terms and your statutory rights.
Custom-branded orders
Garments printed or embroidered with your logo are made to order and can't be returned unless the goods are faulty or the branding differs from the approved sample. We always confirm artwork and a sample with you before a full run.
