Products & pricing
All product prices shown on this website are a guide only - the actual price is the price in store at the time of purchase. Online prices may change without notice and are not an offer to sell at that price. We work hard to keep stock, descriptions, sizing and safety standards accurate, but listings are a guide - the definitive specification is the manufacturer's own. Stock is limited and an online reservation is a request, not a guaranteed sale, until we confirm availability and price.
Enquiries & bulk quotes
Submitting an enquiry or bulk-order form does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and price in writing. Bulk and trade quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Custom-branded goods
By supplying artwork for embroidery or print you confirm you have the right to use it. Branded goods are produced to your approved sample and, as made-to-order items, are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly produced.
Liability
PPE must be selected, used and maintained correctly for the task and risk assessment. We supply certified products but are not responsible for incorrect selection or misuse on site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
