Can I walk in and buy, or is it online only?+
Both. The Stratford store is open Mon–Fri 8–6 and Saturday 9–5 for walk-in purchases, and you can reserve or enquire about anything online for same-day collection.
Do you offer trade and bulk pricing?+
Yes. We supply contractors, sites and facilities teams across London with trade pricing on bulk orders. Use the Bulk Orders form and we'll send a quote, usually the same day.
Can you add our company logo to the workwear?+
We offer in-house logo embroidery and print on jackets, polos, coveralls and hi-vis. Send your logo and quantities through the Custom Branding page for a quote and turnaround time.
Are your safety boots and PPE certified?+
Every safety item lists its EN ISO standard on the product page - EN ISO 20345 for footwear, EN ISO 20471 for hi-vis, EN 397 for helmets, EN 388 for gloves and so on. Only certified stock is sold.
What's your returns policy?+
Unworn items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase. Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer warranty. See Warranty & Returns for detail.
